Can I keep working without internet?
Yes. After downloading shop data, the app uses its on-device records and queues changes to sync later.
Will editing measurements change an old order?
No. Every job keeps the measurement snapshot captured when that order was saved.
Does the app support Urdu and English?
Yes. The interface supports both English and right-to-left Urdu.
How do I request account deletion?
Use Contact Us in the app and follow the account-deletion guide linked below.
Join as an Agent
Join Kapra Silai’s Agent affiliation programme. Introduce tailor shops, help them get started with your permanent reference code, and earn commission on approved package purchases and renewals.
Start your Agent journey
From registration to your first referral, each step keeps your details and progress clear.
Register and verify your email
Sign up with email and password or Google. Your account activates automatically after email verification; no admin approval is needed.
Complete your profile and private payout details
Add your required profile photo and the bank or account details where you want to receive payouts. These private payout details are used for admin review and commission payments.
Share your permanent code with tailors
Ask the tailor to open Settings → Agent in the Kapra Silai mobile app, enter your code, preview your details, and confirm the one-time assignment. It cannot be changed in the app afterward.

How is my commission calculated?
The default commission is 20%, and an admin can change the percentage globally or for an individual agent. Commission is earned on approved package purchases and renewals made by shops referred through your code; direct admin package assignments do not earn commission.
How do monthly payouts work?
Paid entries stay in your commission history, while the portal shows any outstanding balance. Each month, an admin reviews payable entries, pays the approved amount to your saved bank or account, and records it as paid. This is an admin-reviewed payout process, not an automatic transfer by a bank or payment provider.
Can a tailor’s Agent be changed?
Reassignment is admin-only. Only an admin can assign a different Agent for future purchases or renewals; the tailor cannot change the confirmed one-time assignment in the mobile app.
